2. Call or email to get viewing instructions
3. Make an appointment with us to enter your application and offer
4. Prepare and present one month's payment to secure paperwork
5. We will explain many flexible options for you to
select from to make your offer and will prepare your paperwork.
6. You will sign the papers, fill out the application and your offer will be entered.
7. Once you have been awarded the property you will obtain possession as mentioned in your offer.
8. You will earn monthly credits toward purchase for all payments received by us on or before the first of each month.
9. At anytime through the term, you may utilize your Rental Credits towards your down payment and closing costs to complete the purchase of
the property.
