Turning Leaf Properties of Virginia LLC is an established Real Estate Investment and Management Company. It was founded by Juliet and Ian Fogarty in September 2007. Our primary office is located in Vienna, Virginia.

Given the current lending environment, many qualified Home Buyers are facing difficulties in procuring conventional bank financing. This has created a market environment where home sellers are facing a depleted buyer pool, and buyers are unable to purchase. We bridge the financing gap by bringing together these Sellers and Buyers in creative financing transactions.
We are able to help home buyers, purchase the home of their dreams without needing to qualify for bank financing now. While living in their new home, they are able to work towards this over time.
We have been very successful in creating win-win solutions between home sellers and buyers. We have many satisfied customers, and continue to grow as the need for our programs continue to proliferate.
